Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

StoneyPoint ("we" or "the operator") runs the Labeled app (iPhone, iPad, and Mac) and the labeled.day website. This policy explains what personal information we process, why we process it, when we delete it, and how you can exercise your rights.

App data

Your tasks, notes, labels, and other app data are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit private database). This data is never sent to us, and we can't view it. You can delete it yourself in the app and in your device's iCloud settings. Data stored in iCloud is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Support emails

When you email support@labeled.day or contact@stoneypointapps.com, or send feedback from the app, we process your information as follows.

  • What: your email address, the name shown on the email, your message, and any attachments. Feedback emails from the app include the app name, app version, OS version, and device model, which you can remove before sending.
  • Why: to answer your request and to find and fix problems.
  • How long: three years after we finish answering. If you ask, we delete it sooner.
  • Basis: we process it only as needed to answer your request and don't ask for separate consent. Without an email address, we can't reply to you.

Website

labeled.day doesn't use analytics tools, and nothing changes in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. To deliver and secure the website, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes access records such as IP addresses and browser information.

Sharing, service providers, and international transfers

We don't provide your personal information to third parties, except when the law requires it, such as a request from law enforcement.

We process personal information in the Republic of Korea and use the following service providers. Both process information outside Korea, including in the United States.

  • Apple Inc. (United States): receiving and storing support emails (iCloud Mail). What is transferred: support emails. When and how: over the network when you send an email. How long: the same as for support emails above. Contact: apple.com/legal/privacy/contact
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting and delivering the website. What is transferred: access records. When and how: over the network when you visit the website. How long: according to Cloudflare's policy. Contact: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

These transfers are needed to answer your requests and provide the website. If you don't want your information transferred abroad, you can choose not to email us or use the website, but we won't be able to answer you.

Information transferred from the EU or UK is protected by the adequacy decisions for the Republic of Korea and by safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Apple and Cloudflare participate.

Deleting information

When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete the information without delay. Electronic files such as emails are deleted so they can't be recovered. If a law requires us to keep information longer, we keep it separately for that period and then delete it.

Your rights

For the personal information we process about you, you can ask to access it, get a copy, correct it, delete it, stop or restrict its processing, object to it, or move it elsewhere, and you can withdraw your consent.

Send your request to contact@stoneypointapps.com from the email address you used to contact us. We'll respond without delay with the result or the reason we can't act.

Security

  • Support emails are kept in an account that only the operator can access, protected by two-factor authentication.
  • Emails and the website are sent over encrypted connections (TLS).

Additional information by region

  • Japan: The operator's name and address are listed under Contact below. Requests regarding retained personal data, such as disclosure, are handled through the process in "Your rights." We take security measures after reviewing the personal information protection systems of the Republic of Korea and the United States.
  • EU, Spain, and the European Economic Area: Our legal bases are providing the service you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f)), and legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live (in Spain, the AEPD).
  • Mexico and Latin America: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO rights), and limit use or disclosure, through the process in "Your rights."
  • Mainland China: The overseas recipients' names and contact details, the purposes and methods of processing, and the categories of information are listed in "Sharing, service providers, and international transfers." You can exercise your rights against these recipients through the same process.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post a notice on this page before the change takes effect, and we'll ask for your consent when the law requires it.
